Maintaining safety is a commitment that we are dedicated to each and every day of the year. All of our HOP Energy divisions are committed to acting safely and smartly at all times, at all locations. As an industry leader, we continue to strive to maintain a strong safety ethic at all times. Our goal is to achieve world-class safety performance. In doing so, HOP Energy employs a full-time Safety Director dedicated to minimizing preventable accidents and injuries.
HOP Energy and its local divisions monitor and analyze our safety policies on a regular basis. Each operating division has its own branch safety teams that meet regularly to review safety policies and new ways to prevent incidents with a focus on continued training and communication. Each new employee must undergo extensive safety training and current employees are re-tested and certified annually.
Our focus and commitment are based on the concept that accidents can be avoided and that training and focus are the key to a successful program. All levels of management are responsible for providing a safe work environment. A focused and dedicated workforce supported with ongoing training helps us maintain one of the most impressive track records in our industry; this not only benefits our employees but also the communities that we serve.
